Introduction
Welcome to Cosmetic Camera! These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

3. Services
Cosmetic Camera provides a platform for taking and storing digital pre- and post-surgery photos for plastic surgery through various tools and features. Some features of the Services may be available under different terms or require payment.

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any consequences thereof. You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
6. Account Registration and Security
To access some features of the Services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Standard Software Inc. Your use of the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Standard Software Inc. the right to handle, transmit, and store such content. Standard Software Inc. is not liable or responsible for any actions or omissions by third parties, including doctors, surgeons, clinics, and their staff, who may use or rely on any User Content.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Standard Software Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from your use of the Services.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Ontario. This arbitration agreement will be governed by the laws of Ontario.
